Bed Frame Delivery, Assembly and Other Arrangements
- We provide free delivery and assembly for customers located in Hong Kong upon purchasing any bed.
- napnice does not provide a trial for any bed return or refund will not be accepted. napnice will arrange a replacement without any fees once the ordered item is mismatched.
- We hope you will be satisfied with napnice products. We will try our best to ensure the product is the same as the picture shown on our website, but not include any unavoidable wrinkles of fabrics and colour deviations (customers are welcome to visit our physical store for the actual colour). napnice will not accept any return applications regarding wrinkles and colour deviations.
- napnice reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese version and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the decision of napnice shall be final.
