If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll help you arrange a return or exchange with transparent costs and no hidden fees.
For some eligible mattresses, a collection and delivery fee of approximately HK$500–800 may apply upon return, depending on location and handling requirements.

napnice reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, napnice holds the final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
